Took the 12:30 Yoga Class at my gym. This teacher was pretty good, not very uptempo or too difficult. The atmosphere was light, casual, and friendly. Reasonably good poses, lots of hip rotation out and some single leg work. I was a little late and a little low energy due to lifting just before.
Lift: Quick, easy, focus on single leg stability, specifically right leg squat. My knee wobbles coming up and down. Focus on grounding into your foot.
4x8 with 40, 45, 45, 45 SL elevated Squat
Alt. 4x16 elevated Bosu Ball Push ups
2 sets of Back Extensions
3x8 SL Deadlift w. 45
Alt. 2(3x10) Shoulder Lifts w. 5
Alt. 3x8,7,8 Wide, Straight, Inward pull ups
Not bad. Need more stretching. Maybe a massage
