Bad Lift

4x8/8/8/6 Bench 95, 125, 135, 145
4x20 Swissball Hamstring Curls

Worst lift in a long time. Tired still from drinking and not sleeping. Compounded on heavy lift after working late and not eating for 6 hours. Failed on Front Squat at the last set and lowered my reps on two before. Bench was meh. Didn't even really get a good heart rate.

I think I have to take a few weeks off. I'm going to switch it up with a swim on Friday, yoga on Sunday. Try a little recovery before going back at it hard for last week before Christmas.
