Pretty good casual class. This teacher is a lot more slow paced and stretch oriented which I like. It's too bad work generally keeps me from this class. Learned Namaste apparently means "what is divine in me acknowledges what is divine in you." Idk if that's true but it's a pretty cool sentiment! 

Made a New Years resolution to finish a draft of the book so write it in stone!
