Timed the last 200, at 2:13, not bad time. Also had a spot for the last bench, and pushed out two extra reps. Moment of discussion with the spotter, everyone should get a spot if they even think they need it. Especially on last sets. It was funny cuz my weight wasn't anything major. I only asked because I was a little tired after the swim and just in case. But it was nice to push out two extra sets. and then next to me the guy failed on a huge set. But it's like, yo have a spot. Go for it, but just ask. No one who actually lifts is going to judge you for asking for a spot. Especially for bench.
Anyway, really needed this one. Good swim, nice lift. Still a little uneven in my squat, favoring my left leg. I want to try to center it. I hate low bar squat by the way.
