Good, long lift. It was pretty empty and I didn't have to rush anything and that's my favorite kind of workout. I was focusing on getting my heart rate a little high and having good form. I felt particularly good during the DL, even though I didn't put up huge weight. I had Rob help me out with some form tips and I tried to keep those in mind. It had been a long time since I went to the gym.
