Nice and easy swim, just trying to keep good form. The instructor called me Micheal Phelps as I was leaving? I don't know, I turned around after a beat but she was talking to someone else and I didn't want to hang around
Stim I think has been helping reduce the knots, so I'm going to keep at it. The yoga toes hurt a tad but I think it's also helping my feet posture. Yoga and stretching at DBCO. Tape. Be safe.
