Yoga and Rock Climbing

Went to Brooklyn Boulders in Gowanus. Theresa and I went to yoga first, then climbed for about an hour or so.

Yoga was good, very balance oriented. The room was crazy loud but it still ended up being good. The class was tiny, only 5/6 people. Theresa mentioned she liked the om and vibrations from the class, which is cool being that we got that from 5 people [plus the teacher] and she was a newbie to it. I did learn, through a lot of things, that humans are social in a way that is both intangible and very powerful.

Climbing was fun. Got one or two V3, a couple of V2 and plenty of V0 and V1s

Good time, might go back. It is 40$ for a day pass which is a bit expensive of a habit so... we'll see.
