I was excited for this swim but I started very late due to a swim class that was held until 1:45. The swim felt good, but I had low energy. Good glide and breath. The first two 200s were 2:13 and 2:09 on 3:00, which I thought was very good. But I was pretty dead after, and the 2IMs were tough and not nearly as fast. I tried finishing with two more fast 200s but I was gassed. WD to hit 3k
Lift starting next week. Hopefully with a yoga.
