I needed this swim because the entire weekend was devoted to NerdCon and I wasn't sure I could get in the time to do anything. Even so, it was a struggle to fit the time in, as I had a going away party and a dinner with my cousin after. Luckily it all worked out, even if not perfectly. I cut the swim short by two 100s fast even though I think I could have pulled some pretty good swims.

I tried to keep the 100 fast as the first half of a fast 200. I felt that I had great rotation and kick and Great reach, keeping right in my range of max effort. I think if I had finish the 2 hundred I could have pulled a 2:05 ish?

Regardless, really glad to have gotten in. Next try to get a lift. Spend more time stretching.
