I really didn't want to go in. My friends made me over quick straw poll in messenger. I was all comfy on my bed and tired from work. Mostly I spent a lot of time catching up with some of my gym acquaintances and did just terrible lifts. Whatever. I got in.
Also keeping those lateral squats, hopefully that will help me in the long run
