Terrible Yoga and being f*#%ing hurt
Sunday morning yoga.
God it had been a while. I don't know why I keep pushing myself. I'm hurt. It's getting better, but I can't do anything but swim. fk it is so annoying I hate it. I keep reminding myself to be more grateful when I'm not hurt and I've been stretching and massaging nearly every chance I get. I'm going to try to do more, keep swimming and being active. I want to go to a ortho or somethign but who has the time? I'm going to make an appt soon, go during the work day. Use a sick day. fk this sucks. I think it's mostly going to take time though and I'm impatient.
