Just wanted to do a double because my knee felt so much better today. So I put together like 2000 yards. Felt better than yesterday, but I didn't really try at anything, just to get in and put in the distance. Yoga? PT? More stretching and massaging. A massage? all needed in small doses. Knee brace? maybe. be careful.
