Saturday Morning Yoga and Meditation
Pretty good all around. I was slow and measured but it was great pacing, considering a 8:45 on a Saturday. Also got to meditate which was good. It was easy this time, I prepared my seat well. Couple of times I straightened up. Never really completely let go, but also didn't hold on to anything.
I sort of knew I was unlikely to make the next mornings yoga, though in retrospect I totally should have just gotten my butt to it. Whatever.
Medium Pale yellow. Rimmed orange with the fists. Back to yellow.
Swim, lift, yoga next week. Try to get a second yoga?
