yo-GAH?

A sub for Ruah's class, I wonder where Ruah is? It was really dynamic and while the little petite Asian teacher was almost comically flexible and strong, it was way too fast for me. I don't need the cardio, although it is a great workout while injured. But I prefer the slow stretching, which is still quiet hard work anyway. i did have intention on keeping my forearms engaged, trying to lift my weight through my hands and keeping my shoulders stable. Also grounding into the outside of the back foot, by lifting through the back leg outside thigh. Finally keeping my shoulders down, leading by my sternum and shoulder blades.
