My present to myself, longest practice in ages! It actually felt pretty good. My knee barely twinged for most of it. I felt long and low in the water. Good breath control. Good balance. Could have finished a little better at my thigh. But lengthening my neck, I felt, really helped, except in breaststroke (?) Try to keep that in mind.

Also nice distance at generally a good heart beat. DIdn't even take an hour and a half. Stretched afterwards, but I could have stretched better. Feeling it a little now.
