I went to yoga, which was nice. The Hatha yoga is still a pretty good workout, I definitely work and sweat but with a lot to attention to good form, which is surprisingly, so many things.
Anyway. Xray tomorrow, really looking forward to trying to figure this shit out and get better. Got to switch chicago.
