First time back in the gym in a while. Felt pretty nice to be lifting anything, even just light dumbbells. Deadlift felt nice. So did the snatch. I tired real quick and the lunges started hurting. I tried keep good form regardless. Going to be very sore next couple of days.
I hope to keep at it a little bit. Stick to db stuff, with good focus on movements. No squatting. Circuit stuff mostly. Core. Biking. Try to just ease into getting some muscles working.
Glad the xray came back with just muscle stuff. Keep stretching keep rolling, I wanna get better in 3 weeks. PT. and Massage. And get the xrays.
