Yoga
Okay lift, the stretch was extended and then I got my heart beat a little up there with the circuits. But I was tired and hungry by the yoga practice and I could barely do any of the poses or even focus. I worked for about 50min of the hour class and then excused myself. I thought I was bringing down the vibe by literally not doing the instructors stuff. I had my head rush at least 3 times, mostly from the cat/cow stuff. Luckily I was firmly grounded. I think I needed food, which I did when I came back.
Being that I didn’t want to do anything than stretch, loosen, and vanity lifts, I did pretty okay. Tomorrow will require some strong stretching all around, and some PT moves. Hips. Shoulders. General stretching. Foot. Tape. Gaoyao. Sleep. Not dancing too much. It is a marathon for me.
Meditated when I came back though and that was really nice. My head is clearly filled with a lot of things and it took most of the time to just work through my thoughts. The flame was white/tinged yellow, edged orange. But I felt much calmer after finishing. I didn’t meditate that long either. I should try to make it partially more routine. And I should be aware of how many things I’m juggling, even though I think I got a good handle, I have to keep up the maintenance lest I lose something and it has a cascading affect.
