Core
Rolled out
These weights are pathetic and yet I probably was a tad aggressive on my first lift, as my entire body is sore, and writing it exhausted me.
First, this is the true joyless patience.
Second, it’s going to get less joyful when I switch gyms.
Third fuck that felt good. I missed putting things up and picking them down.
Okay, more patience. Swim. Stretch, yoga, keep lifts lighter, and possible shorter. More core. More body weight or nothing.
It’s the process of getting better. Things are sore, they need rest. Sleep. SLEEP. Stretch. Good diet.
Sleep.
Meditation.
Stretch.
Joyless Patience. Joyless Labor.
I’m calling it that because I generally like the work of getting better at the sport. Maybe if I try to change my mindset into getting healthy as also getting better. Idk, give it a try. I need to get better, I’ll do anything, including changing the mindset.
