Yogi Lyfe
Just a casual yoga today. Avoid passing out or walking out so that's good. This teacher focuses on a different type of alignment, and it particularly makes easy poses much harder. I kind of like it and am trying to add that to other practices and my general life.
I meditated afterwards before bed. I almost exactly sat for 20 minutes, beating my timer by 1:33. It was a good session. My mind is full with things it was nice to re-prioritize. I want to keep the habit, because I need to be better at maintaining mental health.
