It's been a while since I've been in the pool and a bit since I've done so many yards. Honestly it was pretty exhausting, and I ending cutting about 400 from the practice. Mixture of energy, boredom, and time.
Anyway. Not terrible form all considered. Glad I kept the commit to get in and do it.
Lift/yoga and short run/yoga to set up for a long run during the week.
Aiming to meal prep and finish the meat to try to go vegetarian soon/next week.
Also, I'm trying to keep on commitments. Keep getting rest. Keep taking each purposeful step towards all the goals. Time, as always, is the resource that is most valuable. So I have to find some efficiency and also cut out things I don't want to do.
