Did a quick stretch before the show. It was very necessary recovery.

Couple of salutations. A little hip movement. A good stretch.

This lift should be squat plus something. Deadlift plus something. Hang clean? Arms. DOne. It’ll be easy, move some weight, get a good warm up.
