Good lift. I got after a few of the weights, I was definitely able to run an entire body work out, and I had excellent commitment and much better focus. I was sore all around and a little tired/lacking energy. But I pushed through, got the workout done and feel very accomplished for it!
Next week, I’m going to try to get a run and a bike, weather dependent. Another lift/swim combo would be excellent too. I don’t have too many days with the move, but hopefully I can sneak 1 or two in during the work week and finish off during the weekend.
More important is my other commitments, healthcare, backpacking, moving, events. So let’s stay on top of those.
