good workout. Glad to get in, hit the lifts I needed too, and did the extra core stuff. All in good timing too.

Tomorrow I’m biking to Harlem and then back.

Sunday is yoga, if I make it.

Then maybe just something easy next week before Machu Pichu as to not be too sore or energyless. Get some sleep. Get some active recovery in. Okay so 1 stretch day. 1 yoga/swim/bike/run. Sleep
