This was quick because I had swam yesterday and ran/yoga’d on Sunday. The only thing I wanted to do was to get in, get to resistor to solder the bracelet, and nothing else. I’m at resistor now, by myself, super proud of my commitments this week when I felt like crap and didn’t really want to do anything and I’m suffering all these aliments, from my feet to my shin to my wrist to both my eyes. My neck still bothers me. My right leg is sore from hockey. I’m a huge mess but I still got 3 workouts in this week, plus resistor, plus cooking, plus a rangers game, plus writing. Nice!

I had a really fast lift, it only took me an hour including my warm up routine. I spotted a guy doing 355, but I fucked up his weights lol when adjusting so he went again. Impressive. Glad I didn’t have to make a catch lol. Then, in the middle of my set, this fuckhead take all 4 of my 10s, plus my clip to use on some bicep crap behind me. I call him out on it, he ought to ask before snagging all the weight and the clips from a station I’m clearly working at. The guys a bastard, he didn’t rerack his weights, and he did all of 2 sets curling before peace-ing, all while being on the phone the entire time. But I hate that I keep these things in my mind, because they’re such distractions, and although I ought to call him out, I have to let the situation go, because it;’s not worth it. I’m working on it, but I’m annoyed I lost so much fo the lift thinking about it.
Anyway. Pull ups were crap but deadlift was good. Ftsquats weren’t terrible. Not too much weight, but okay form and great effort.
I tried a fast today, I had my last meal at 11:00 last night, and ate a plum at 3:30 today, plus my sandwich at 4:30 and then had some dinner after lifting.
Honestly I coulda made it the whole day, but I didn’t want to waste the sandwich. I’m going to load a little bit tonight with more food and try fasting again tomorrow.
