Tee Shirt Relay
So the Master's team was at it again and, really without meaning too at all, I got integrated into their practice. I took it as an opportunity for spontaneity, even as I surrendered some efficiency in actually practicing.
It was a nice reflection on the things I had already built on both in the leadership conference and the efforts before.
The relay was fun, enjoyable to actually feel like part of a team.
The best leaders are also the best cheerleaders and can find the most potent ways to give compliments and constructive feedback to people and have them find the value in having that leader, lead. Something Justin and I discussed.
