Just a very quick workout to hit the pool and the weights. I felt pretty good, moved through everything with good focus and intention.
I feel like I am going to make this half iron, with no issues. I mean I want to get to 50ish with a bike like a week or two before the tri. If I can do that a solid 6 weeks before the half, I should be able to train into the Tri and then just slightly back down before the half, with maybe T-2weeks at half and T-1 as rest.
Good commitment to the practices. Keep stretching before bed. Friday is a pick 'em workout, Saturday is the biking, Sunday is a long day again. Bike, Run.
