Did the necessary today. Came out of work a tad later than I wanted for a Friday, which put me a bit back on getting all the work done, which is why I’m eating dinner at 10pm when I’m supposed to wake up at 5:45am.
I’m annoyed my weight maxes are going down, even though the 185 wasn’t terribly hard, I knew I didn’t have much more than that. It’s fine cuz endurance sports, but it’s a tad unmotivating.
Made my entire work out seems like work over joy a little bit.
So Saturday is Brown. Sunday is a long bike ride into any sort of run. Next week is as many miles as I can get on a bike, plus 1 dedicated swim, 1 hot yoga, and hopefully a quick run or two. The weekend is to set up for shorter bike into longer run.
Really trying to push that bike/run distance as much as possible in the next few weeks. Take a slight respite before the Tri and then it’s taper time. More biking. Less Running, like 2 lifts maximum. Swims and yogas.
