haven't really posted since leaving for the Iron. Suffice to say for now, that it was an experience, not necessarily only a good one, and kind of like that.
Did a hath-yoga tuesday.
Today was a huge lift day.

alt. 2x20core vups, cherry pickers, mountain climbers
Loved that I even felt alright in the weight room. No injury, but I would love to do a couple lifts to get to throwing weight around. Say a month, twice a week, to get to 185x3 bk sq. 2 more weeks to try like 200x2/3 maybe go for a 225 by 1. DL like two plates plus.
Stretch a lot. your right lower back. both mornings, no exceptions.
