Core:
3x10 weighted standing core crunches w. 60/60/60
3x21s leg lifts
2x15 lower back extension
Good lift. Back focus. Andrew has a much more fluid workout than I do, where he has to use whatever machine/space is free. He focuses on a particular area and uses a variety of exercises to work an area.
I am very sore. I learned some new exercises. And working differently gives me a new perspective and different workout. Plus seeing Andrew was cool. He’s doing incredibly well, new job and pay raise, new apartment w his girlfriend.
I feel really sore. I’m not going to workout until after Panorama [except maybe some yoga at home] and I did bike to work.
Try to see Andrew again, some other day.
