I used a free pass from George to workout at the Dumbo Equinox today.
The Y's yoga teacher was gone for maternity leave. I definitely wanted to lift, so I got out of work pretty early, made it to the gym at 5:20, lifted for a little more than an hour before the class. I spent the time in-between doing some rolling.
Yoga was great as always. Ariel just does a fun, interesting class. Brittany [?] and I had a quick chat.
I feel excellent. I've just been doing the right things. I've been accomplishing all the things. While I'm almost dreading adding more goals, let's add em. I want to do more right? The full training starts in earnest after august. Sept and Oct to turn these legs into hundred miles of biking and a marathon. Meanwhile. Some lifting to get some bulk back. Keep running and biking.
