Yoga with Ariel
It has been too long without going to gym and I really needed this one. I have a lot of pain and tightness in my shoulders right now, stress, not sleeping, not gym. Just haven't been very good to myself and I didn't even really notice it.
Gunna try to get some wisdom from Ariel if I can. Idk what i'm going to ask yet but I just wanna learn.
Also, fking girls man. just what a goddamn drag.
Sigh. Get through this week, good energy, own the moment and then take you rest next week. Love. Work. Grit. One step at a time.
