pool closed at 8 and i got in a 7:45 so I barely had time to do anything. I swam a little distance. Stretched out. The workout was good tho. The supplementary lifts are really important. wanted to feel a little swole for the openmic, so it was squat movements and arms essentially. Good though commitment. Wanna keep that going into this week. Lots of workouts and writing. Some post op crap fro the open mic but chill the fuck out. Resistor.
