Just a run up and down the park. The additional pier is nice. I've been sprinting a few of them inbetween my runs to break it up and open up my hips/work on my legs. It's pretty fun.
This time I finished with push up and pull ups just to get a bit of a pump. I used the pier and construction to give me some workout space which was cool.
Anyway. Seemed good. Didn't stretch after but did get some relaxing in, which was alright. Video games just aren't really doing it. It wastes time but it doesn't really satisfy me? Idk. Need a small hobby I guess or something kinda like knitting/croquet to distract but progress.
Friday is a lift opportunity if Shaq can be accomodated. If not, Sat and Sun sound like good lift/swim/yoga workouts.
