Good lift way to stick to the commitment. I had great form over the deadlift. I moved sort of fast but didn’t get it finished with everything
I had to put the cap on even without hair.
But I pinpointed what I wanted to work on, and I did.
This weekend is a run and yoga. Trying to be a little more lengthy.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the book, so I should be ready and knowledgeable about the story.
Had lots of gumbo bros.
Need more veggies. About to be vegetarian!
