A pretty good lift. Worked the two things, the shrugs and the DL. Really fun to put 2 plates on somethings, and even added a little more. That’s great.
Note wow I haven’t put 2 plates on annnnyyyything one this blog. That doesn’t necessarily mean I’ve never done it but it’s likely that yeah, it’s been a while. Wow. Jeez. Congrats Winston, that’s weight for you. Finally. Proud
