Good lift. Two moments of perfection and a half. The Front squat, struggling for 185 on 6. The slow pull.
The 195 DL pull with good form and great stick to committing to 8
Last one bench was half struggle, half knowing I could.
And when I focused stretching my back during the DLs that set up the DL moment next set.
Otherwise, I didn’t swim but hopefully if everything is done I can get to the pool quick after making the embassy.
