Yoga

Two salutations each side for about an hour of yoga, also some excellent warm up and breaths. Really need to remember how good yoga is for my physically and mentally, and that between running and yoga, that’s all the workout while I travel.

Good for the energy, had some excellent meditation, even did a dancer and attempted handstands. So good! Sweated!

Then had the buys day at resistor, torrey’s, Knitting Factory J.Worra, Saw Quin and Evan.
