Yeah good lift then. Lots of work put in. The DL didn’t move as easy as last time, but I got 10 reps. I was pretty light headed, once during stretch I had to support myself. Once during HC I had trouble holding the weight above my head. It eased a bit in DL but I also got it handled more.
Still. Getting better at the Gym. That’s good. One swim. One more lift? maybe just to front squat cuz the gym is closed after Christmas.
