Sweat it out
a sweaty 6 miles. Rested twice. Ran slow except for one/one and a half parts where I committed to being there and that was glorious
I need to eat and sleep a little better but I am doing the PT and recovery stuff fairly consistently. More massages would help.
Obviously I’m keeping moving to avoid demons. It seems like the healthiest unhealthy way.
Try to taper a little for running into Elements. Last run Sunday? Lift, Swim, yoga, swim, massage?
