Felt amazing. Really put in the work on the single leg squats and that last DL pull fell strong. Then I put in the core work too. THEN I got in the pool to finish it strong. I danced my way though dinner and had a great dinner. Smiled nice at that lady in the fur coat. Saw Mitch and Josh and Jen.
