The Long and Short of Infinity War

Avengers was a great movie.

Look. Sometimes money makes thing better. Frankly, most of the time money makes anything better, that’s how power works. Marvel movies are no different. They put money, and a whole heck, into Infinity War.

The dialogue is punchy and fun, the special effects and rendering are gorgeous, the sound enthralling and impactful [I was in an RPX], and the heroines beautiful and flawless and bearded.

As a result, even if you don’t like or get the Marvel universe, Infinity War is a great way to spend less than 3 hours.

On the other hand, [definitely the right hand] if you love the Avengers series at nearly any capacity, this movie has something for you. Thanos provides great stakes. He feels like an unstoppable villain. The culmination of the Avengers universe is pretty balanced and definitely never boring. The ending is deeply interesting and no doubt will draw you into the sequel/universe.

For all the expectations and build up, Infinity War delivers a strong satisfactory performance. 8.5/10
