I wanted to get in and do something, but I knew it couldn't be too heavy. Still kind of tired and my joints were all tight and stiff. Started with stretching and foam rolling for 25min. Worked with DB lifts and alternate lifts. Felt pretty good. Heart rate got up. Took it easy going into deck hockey and the holiday. Ended with more stretching and rolling.
