Yoga/Week of Recovery

Had a quick yoga class on Wednesday. It was fine, if ordinary. Tried to focus on having my shoulders relaxed and lengthen my neck.

I plan to take this week and next week easy, maybe swim, maybe do yoga, definitely stretch a little. I've had a lot of soreness/pain/tightness in my feet, shins, lower back and shoulders. I'd rather just get some time to recover and feel better before going into lifting again.
