Post DBC

Saturday Morning Yoga is great. I didn't get a chance to make Yoga at DBC which I am annoyed by. Today was a nice stretchy practice, got some good breathing in. My feet and legs are killing me. My back hurts a little too. Need to be consistent on the PT. I definitely need to get back into working out. This is hopefully a trend that I can roll into tomorrow and then next week.

The meditation was fine, I was able to carve out some time for my own mind. I had trouble with the intention to teacher lead us through. I vaguely feel like things are pretty good, and through I definitely have goals and things I want to do/be better at, overall I'm making reasonable progress. I do need rest. I want to keep writing, particularly a couple blog pieces and some more on the story. I'd like to consciously try to reach out to more people, particularly people out of my league. I want to stretch and work on swimming, running, yoga, meditating. Just a touch of lifting. Work is fine, though I'd like to be more efficient and also give a little of that time to my other things.

That being said, need to find more classes, as I'm over equinox.
