Just an easy sunday swim at the Y. Trying to still recover/rest from DBC, so it'll be a gradual incline from here out. Try to get in a lift/run or two, plus keep stretching and stimming. I'd actually like to also stop doing as many activities and give a little more time to myself, not only to finish up some chores and do more writing, but also the downtime of stretching to music.
Also! I'd like to carve some meditation time out this week. I could use the mental unwind.
