Saturday morning yoga. Great times, even though we were late. Ariel is probably the part of Equinox I will miss the most, but I'm glad I tried to keep the connect.

The meditation was to short to be satisfying, I had barely gotten into it when it was over. Partly, Ariel cuts into the time, partly I'm a bit over the 15 min section, and I'll need to do more to reach depths I would like.
Lets ask Justin what he's interested in and maybe get better at this stuff.
The goal is to run/swim tomorrow, get 2 lifts and a yoga in next week. Taper off with swim/run/swim or something of the sort in prep for Turkey Cup. Little bit of strength. Little bit of running. Keep flexible and stretching, including a PT and Stim and regular stretching.
