I remember running this Monday but I forgot to write it down so I don't have a log but below is my guess
5 mile run. It was cold as fuck, so I layer shirt and under. I took it easy except the last 100 yards were I really tried to push my sprint. We're still prepping for Turkey Cup. This was the 2nd to last run, one more lift, and then yoga/swimming for the three days before. REST IS VITAL! GET SOME SLEEP YOU FOOL.
