Core: 3x 20 V ups/40 Cherry Pickers w Med Ball/ 20 Opposite Arm/Leg raises

Just getting back into it with a calm, light lift. My squat wasn't nearly as strong as I thought it would be, 175 was a tough weight. Bench was crap too. I tried to use the Alt lifts to get some actual work in. Nice to do core again, I want to try to keep that more regular with every lift/swim
