Alt. 3x8 DB Bicep Curls w. 30
Alt. KB Carry's and Overhead KB Raises walks down and back

Second lift! Switched it up with Trap Bar Dead lift. The Lateral Squats, I want to keep more regular, to focus on strong and independent leg stability for squatting, plus hip opener. The only notable thing is the KB [kettlebell] carries. With one heavy KB in one hand and another lighter one, raised over head, upside down and walking down and back before switching hands. Lori obvi taught this to us first. The shoulder stability is really important I think. The extra heavy carry focuses on strong core, especially on the obliques which I need more work on. Note, sweaty hands make this immensely difficult. Chalk or a towel handy is recommended
